Methuen, MA - Separation Technologists introduces the model ST214 system. The system provides a pressurized, clean, filtered and recycled water or coolant supply to process equipment, such as dicing saws, cutting saws and grinders. Typically these machines require a wet environment in order to cut or groove materials such as silicon, gallium arsenide and piezoelectric ceramics. The AquaCycler ST214 ensures that the solids generated from these machining operations are removed from the recycled cutting fluid, which is crucial in optimizing the conditions at the point of material removal of the machine and part being manufactured. The ST214 AquaCycler System offers three sequentially rated (5 Micron, 3 Micron, and 1 Micron) cartridge filtration for final product water filtration and a single bag filter for pre-filtering contaminated water returning from the machining operations. Various options are available on the ST214, such as recycled fluid temperature control, dual filtration lines for automatic operation and Deionized Water, when high purity water is required. AquaCycler® ST203 System for Removal of Heavy Metals from Rinse Waters

Methuen, MA - Separation Technologists introduces the model ST203 system. This is a new, versatile, system design in the AquaCycler® product line of closed-loop water recycling systems.

The ST203 AquaCycler® System offers three process options for removal of heavy metal contaminants from rinse water. Option 1 provides closed-loop, recycled DI water for rinsing. Option 2 provides heavy metal removal and rinse water recycling. And Option 3 provides heavy metal contaminant removal to meet waste rinse water discharge regulations. The ST203 System is a low cost, compact system that, with two piping connections, easily connects directly to the user's rinse tank(s). Other models and designs of Closed-Loop Water Recycling Systems are available.
